Autism Nova Scotia, in partnership with the South Shore Chapter and the Region of Queens County, would like to thank the Government of Canada for the contribution of a $60,000 grant for the Queens County Universal Design Inclusive Play Park. This grant was made possible by the Government of Canada’s Enabling Accessibility Fund, which provides partial funding for inclusivity features of the park.*

The South Shore Chapter of Autism Nova Scotia is proud to partner with the Region of Queens and community supporters to make this play park a reality. Thanks to the Government of Canada’s Enabling Accessibility Fund, we are on our way to creating a place where everyone can play together.
The Queens County Universal Design Inclusive Play Park will be built on the site of 72 Old Cobb’s Barn Road in Liverpool, and will include inclusive elements and accommodations so that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy fun in our beautiful outdoors.
